Cookie Monster Doesn't Eat Vegetables
I remember being little and watching Sesame Street. Cookie Monster was singing about "healthy food," and he had tons of vegetable buddies next to him, singing along. I'm not talking about denying yourself your aunts special sticky buns (shout out to my Aunt Michele). I'm talking about drinks that aren't even tasty, the dry donuts leftover from this morning, and the chips your kid rejected. 3. I drink my water, no matter what. My goal is a gallon, and I drink it. I pack my favorite cup every time I trave...
